Job Title: Account Executives Location: Various
It is no secret that a huge key to success in business depends on the passion for the product. Our dedicated Account Executives have the passion, intelligence, creativity, accountability and commitment to work with our clients and provide Fuel and Fleet Management solutions tailored to their unique needs. As an Account Executive, you will understand what it takes to win sales from new clients and what it takes to work with those clients to drive bottom-line results for their organization via the U-CON product offerings. Responsibilities: A successful candidate will:
- Prospect and win clients who successfully satisfy the company's business profile and be expected to build long term relationships with these accounts.
- Create, own and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing the companies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Respond to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide account management to clients through developing positive relationships, a strong commitment to complete client satisfaction and enthusiastic professional service.
- Work with partner companies and affiliates to provide total fuel management solutions and consulting services for those clients with unique fueling needs.
- Support our mission of creating awareness of fuel management and maximizing value for our clients at every point of contact.
Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of successful solution sales or consulting experience along with strong communication, relationship building and negotiating skills.
- You hold a degree from a post-secondary institution or equivalent.
- You are self starter, autonomous, disciplined, responsive and well-versed in progressive business development strategies.
- You are personable, have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Diligence, follow-through, presence, consistency, persistence, creative problem solving skills, enthusiastic, outgoing, enjoys dealing with people and creative thinking are attributes we are looking for.
- You should have strong time management and computer skills and be proficient with sophisticated CRM systems.
- Experience selling a service, preferably in the transportation, construction or information technology industry, would be an asset.
